"Children of Paradise" Seminar

Many of our clients have expressed interest in topics specific to “legacy families”, talking with children about wealth, and raising children in an affluent household. In our continuing effort to be a valuable resource to our clients, we recently hosted an evening seminar featuring Dr. Lee Hausner, psychologist, author, and lecturer. Dr. Hausner spoke to our clients on the topic of the title of one of her books, “Children of Paradise…Successful Parenting for Prosperous Families.” She shared insights gained and successful techniques learned from her vast experience, including 19 years as the chief clinical psychologist for the Beverly Hills School District. The topics discussed included:

• motivating children to develop their own drive, passion, and inspiration to succeed;
• how and when to talk with your children about money.
• how to develop children’s sense of responsibility about wealth
