Kelly joined Aspiriant in 2006 as a Senior Associate in the Strategic Planning group. Kelly specializes in estate and tax planning for ultra-affluent clients. She works with the Client Service Teams to ensure clients have a basic estate plan that aligns with their primary objectives and assists with various strategic planning issues. As part of that process, Kelly reviews clients’ current estate plans and prepares an in-depth analysis offering insight as to the current plan, proposing changes if necessary to further one’s objectives. The analysis includes estate tax projections, a summary of current trust provisions and the impact to family members. Kelly uses this analysis to propose advanced estate planning techniques as appropriate to help clients reduce their potential estate tax liability and achieve their goals.
Kelly received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Irvine in 2002, graduating cum laude, and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2006. Kelly is admitted to practice law in California and is a member of the California Bar Association and Los Angeles County Bar Association.
