Phillip joined Aspiriant in 2005, bringing with him 12 years of varied experience in the financial services industry. Phillip currently serves as second in command of Aspiriant’s Investment Operations department and is a direct supervisor to the Operation Associates.
Prior to joining Aspiriant he had worked at Charles Schwab for nine years in a variety of operations management and client service management roles. While at Schwab, Phillip was recognized with its Excellence in Service Award seven times. For three years he was also an independent Financial Planner, working primarily with families and small-business owners.
A native southerner (from Georgia), Phillip earned his BA in Psychology with a minor in Religion from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. A longtime member of Mensa, he plans to begin work toward his CFP designation this year. He is the proud father of two daughters.
