Communications Limited by Securities Law Restraints

As much as we would like to “tell all” regarding non-public investment opportunities under our review, securities law requires us not to do so in a broadly distributed publication like this Commentary.  As our reviews vet investment opportunities for our clients who are legally eligible to participate, we will, of course, discuss those specific investments directly with them.  Meanwhile, any silence on this front does not mean that we are not in active pursuit of “best-fit” investments, public and private, for appropriate clients.
